CINNAMON-GUI represented the first applied expression of the Lunan Foldomics perspective: the idea that biological morphology can be treated as a computable observable carrying information about hidden cellular state. Developed as an open-source digital pathology platform for Pap smear image classification, it anticipated the broader Foldomics question later formalized through Evoscope and the Mesoscope roadmap.
